Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Public Relations

• Evaluate hotel room packages, amenities, and guest services to determine marketing opportunities and identify key selling points for promotion
• Recommend promotional strategies to increase bookings and enhance brand visibility, including seasonal offers, corporate packages, and partnership deals
• Coordinate public relations initiatives to promote hotel programs, partnerships, and guest satisfaction achievements to both internal teams and external audiences
• Assist in planning and coordinating hotel events, and community engagement activities to boost brand awareness
• Collaborate with sales and front office teams to align marketing promotions with guest services and ensure consistent messaging across all guest touchpoints
• Coordinate hotel’s social media presence, including creating content, responding to guest reviews, and highlighting guest experiences to strengthen online reputation
• Oversee preparation of promotional materials, reports, proposals, and contracts

Customer Service

• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Handle administrative duties related to marketing and sales operations and ensure accurate information

Sales Support

• Manage group reservations, ensuring efficient coordination and a seamless booking process.
• Act as the main point of contact for group bookings, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout the reservation process.

Requirements

Employment Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in business, marketing, management or a related field
• Experience: Atleast 3 years of proven experience in marketing and sales within hospitality environment

Preferred Skills

• Creative mindset with the ability to identify new marketing opportunities and improve guest engagement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment
