What You’ll Do
· Help lead and coach the sales team, along with managing their sale orders
· Drive sales and deliver amazing customer experiences
· Support scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and daily showroom operations
· Step in to run the store when the Store Manager is away
· Take charge of the high seasonal demand within our spring & summer retail business
What We’re Looking For
· Leadership or key-holder experience in retail
· Sales-driven, organized, and great with people
· Merchandising skills and an eye for design
· Strong coaching, people-development, and leadership skills
· A long-term mindset - someone who wants to build a career, not just manage a shift
· Weekend and peak retail availability
