Branch Manager – $5M+ Location | Team of 20 | Calgary North
This is not a typical retail role.
This is a branch leadership position where you are responsible for running a $5M+ operation leading the team, managing performance, and delivering results.
This is about ownership, not just managing day-to-day activity.
Your Impact
About the Role
You will lead a premium outdoor living showroom specializing in Barbecues, Fireplaces, and Outdoor Furniture.
This branch operates as a full business unit, where you are accountable for team performance, operations, and overall results.
You will be stepping into the role during our busiest time of year, so the ability to learn quickly and lead immediately under pressure is critical.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
· Experience leading a team of 10+ employees
· Experience managing a high-volume operation ($3M+ preferred)
· Strong leadership, accountability, and ownership mindset
· Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure
· Comfortable taking full responsibility for results
Additional Qualifications
· Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
· Post-secondary education is an asset, but not required
· Experience in a high-ticket or customer-focused sales environment is an asset
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary in the $70K–$80K range
· Quarterly performance bonuses (additional earning opportunity)
