As our Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

· Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding product information, order status, and general inquiries.

· Accurately enter customer information and update records in the company database.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

· Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs.

· Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

· Answering inbound and outbound phone calls from customers. Demonstrate professionalism, positive attitude and exceptional telephone etiquette.

· Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner while remaining compliant with company policies and procedures.

· Review open orders, ensure orders are valid, delivery times are correct, and product is shipped accordingly by consistently following up with team members and customer.

· Engage with clients to provide superior services and build strong relationships,

· Liaise with warehouse, delivery drivers, finance and sales in order to best support the fulfillment of customer’s inquiries, orders and issues; and

· Manage administration tasks involving accurate data entry for various reports.

· Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

· Previous customer service experience working in a fast-paced environment.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to provide support during customer visits.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

· High school diploma or equivalent.
