We are an electrical wholesale distributor with branches covering west Canada for more than 15 years.
we need people who has sales experience with electrical knowledge in good physical condition.
• Greeting and helping customers get their demanding items ready. • Completing sales with the Point-Of-Sales system. • Managing returns and exchanges with the Point-Of-Sales system. • Maintaining their own record of sales for collection by employer. • Receiving monthly credit payments from applicable customers and maintaining a record of credit account payments for the accountant. • Answering phone inquiries. • Provide basic technical advice to customers. • Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, preparing, packing and delivering tasks • Perform physical tasks pertaining to the sale of goods, including but not limited to: ◦ Stocking the shelves to allow customers to find the merchandises. ◦ Assist customers taking and loading merchandises. ◦ Cleaning office, washrooms and warehouse daily. • Other jobs assigned by management
Confident and comfortable to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, yearly sale target and more. - Strong computer skills. Good Experience with MS Office Suite and e-commerce knowledge are assets - Excellent organizational skills and very detail-oriented. - Have very good relationship with many location electrical contractors and construction companies. - High energy team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, driven, and enjoys a challenge. - Self-starter, demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently and effective time management skills. - Drive license (5 grade or above) - Lift ability: 23kgs (for in case when someone needs a hand) - Second language preferred (not a must be, but may add your score ) - Flexibility with work schedule: occasional evening and weekend work required (very few, just in case of urgent need by clients) - Feel easy to do other duties assigned by management
