Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate cross functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and adjust plans when required.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage change requests, evaluate impact, and control scope creep.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance processes, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear and consistent communication.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Present project status updates, milestones, and financials to leadership.
Project Control & Governance
• Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards.
• Monitor project KPIs, cost performance, and resource utilization.
• Conduct project closure activities, including post implementation reviews and lessons learned.
