This new page was created to solve real problems we hear constantly from both employers and job seekers.
From job seekers: Many candidates apply to dozens of roles on large global job boards and never hear back. They question whether jobs are real, current, or where their resume ends up.
From employers: Even large Canadian companies struggle to drive consistent traffic to their own career pages. Most job seekers do not browse company career pages unless they already know the organization or see a posting elsewhere.
There are hundreds of thousands of companies in Canada. Even well-established employers are often unknown outside their immediate industry.
Participating employers are featured by logo on our Top Canadian Employers page.
When a job seeker clicks your logo, they are sent directly to your own career page, where they can view current openings and apply within your existing system.
