Your Impact
Lead a high-performing branch and drive overall results
Develop and strengthen a team of up to 20 employees (Including 1-2 Assistant Managers)
Maintain strong operational execution across all showroom areas
Deliver a consistent, high-level customer experience
Keep the business performing during peak seasonal demand
About the Role
You will lead a premium outdoor living showroom specializing in Barbecues, Fireplaces, and Outdoor Furniture.
This branch operates as a full business unit, where you are accountable for team performance, operations, and overall results.
You will be stepping into the role during our busiest time of year, so the ability to learn quickly and lead immediately under pressure is critical.
