Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties, including lifting and carrying supplies.
Flexibility to work lunch shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to reliably commute to Pincher Creek or relocate before starting work.
Long-term availability and commitment are strongly preferred.
