Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Preventative & Predictive Maintenance program.
• Schedule PMs, create and track work orders, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Develop and update PM procedures, work instructions, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Ensure required spare parts, lubricants, and materials are available.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, rebuilds, and warranty claims.
• Identify equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs to Production Management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and industry standards.
• Support maintenance audits and ensure work orders are completed on time.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of maintenance/trades experience; Millwright or skilled trades experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to read drawings and manuals.
• Knowledge of PM systems, LOTO, blocking and energy control.
• Familiarity with ISO, IATF, OHSA and PHSR requirements.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, technically proficient and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and work on the production floor daily.
• PRE required.

Location: Uxbridge, ON
Pay: $30–$40/hour
Shift: Days | Full-time

We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator / Technician to oversee preventative maintenance activities and support the reliability of plant equipment. This role is approximately 50% office-based and 50% on the plant floor.
