  • Established menu, recipes, and operating systems
  • Supportive team environment
  • Hands-on restaurant management experience

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen or restaurant cooking experience
  • Experience preparing Chinese or Asian cuisine is preferred
  • Strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety
  • Able to follow standardized recipes and preparation procedures consistently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset
