Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, with attention to basic math accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times.
- Assist with food handling procedures, including packaging orders for takeout or delivery, while following proper food industry protocols.
- Prepare pizzas, wings, wraps, salads, and other menu items
- Prep ingredients and food for daily operations
- Receive and organize inventory and supplier deliveries
- Restock ingredients and supplies as required
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Occasionally complete local customer deliveries when required
- Perform other general restaurant duties as needed
